For over one and half decade, we were discrete and dispersed individuals as investors in Nice Vistas waiting patiently for the dream to unfold. That silence and inaction kindled our imagination of coming together in realising our dream. In a large group like ours, to realise the dream a need was felt to have champions who are conversant with the real estate development in it's entirety, cooperate yet firm with the developer in completing the remaining work as per the agreed plan and handing it over to owners association to realise their aspirations as rightful owners.
United as we are over a year now, our solidarity resulted in the formation of "Nice Vistas Site Owners Association". A supercharged body with daunting tasks ahead have taken the task to an execution level backed by the formation and registration of NICE VISTAS SITE OWNERS ASSOCIATION on 12, july 2025. While this is the first step in the process, the cooperation and support for each member is a vital necessity to make our dream of having a safe, peaceful abode which we deserve richly.
We are committed to deliver our promise with the cooperation of every site owner in the following areas.
Payment of yearly maintenance charges before the end date.
Supporting the association committee members on time every time.
Active participation during special and annual AGM's
What will the association deliver?
Total Security of the estate.
Upkeep and maintenance of common infrastructure & Service.
As owner's representative to sort out issues with govt and regulatory agencies as and when they arise.
